Preorders: By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that this item is not yet in stock and will ship according to the estimated preorder timeline listed on the product page.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kkashkollections@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
Approved claims may receive a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
